Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
